Refund policy

Please read below our returns policy before placing your order:

Deposits - 50% of the bikini is required to secure your bikini and all deposits are non refundable due to ordering stock for your order ready for starting your new suit. So please be sure about placing your order before securing with a deposit as this cannot be returned.

Stage bikinis - these are all tailor-made to each individual customer and are therefore non-refundable, non returnable and non exchangeable. If you choose to cancel your order with us, the 50% deposit is non refundable. Shipping is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not hold responsibility if the order is lost in the post. This is why we send as best delivery option possible for tracking and covering the goods in the parcel.
If measuring yourself rather than by us then please ensure you have measured accurately as the team have instructed, Bikini Boutique cannot hold responsibility for a bikini that does not fit due to inaccurate measurements. These are required at 8 & 4 weeks out. Measurements are your responsibility to send over at these time frames so please make sure they are sent in a timely manner. We will do our best to amend items that are deemed unsuitable, however we reserve the right to charge a surplus for this service.

All stage bikinis are hand wash only, please do so in lukewarm water with a little soft mild detergent and press through bikini. Please do not get connectors wet as this will damage them. If they do get wet dry them immediately to prevent damage. The connectors are very delicate and must be handled with extra care, we do not hold responsibility for broken connectors or gems falling out after 14 days of sending your suit. If within the 14 days we will replace these connectors, after 14 days we reserve the right to charge for this service. It is normal for some crystals to fall off after time and wear but do not worry we pack extra crystals and glue for you in your box to replace any that do fall off after some time. Please store your bikini hung up and not packed up and please keep the top and bottoms separate from each other due to the glue. When the glue is touching other glue this can stick so to keep your bikini in best condition hang up separately without any folds to the bottoms in a cool dark place. To keep the connectors looking new clean with jewellery cleaner every now and then. 

Check in bikinis & Swimwear - these are non- returnable, non- refundable and non-exchangeable due to these being bespoke to your order. We order in the fabric upon your order being placed due to the large amount available, we do not hold all fabrics in house. For hygiene reasons these cannot be returned to us. If your product is faulty we will supply a replacement within 14 days of sending your order. After this date we reserve the right to charge extra for this service as we do not hold responsibility for broken connectors or gems falling out from these. They are very delicate and must be treated with extra care if ordering with connectors.
Please be aware that all check in bikinis and swimwear are hand wash only and connectors must not get wet. So if your suit has connectors then please do not use in a pool or these could rust and lose quality. When washing a bikini with connectors please keep out of the water when washing and if any water does get onto the connectors then dry immediately to minimise risk of rust. To keep your connectors looking fresh hang in a cool dark place and every now and then clean with jewellery cleaner. If ordering a bikini with mould cups which majority of our suits have, please do not bend these as this will crease and damage the cup. Keep them separate and do not bend or turn inside out to fold them up. All check in bikinis and swimwear are sent via Royal Mail 1st class unless stated otherwise for UK orders. For international these are sent via 1st class tracked unless stated otherwise. 

For products sent outside the UK please check your local customs information for any extra tax/charges they will charge. This is your responsibility to check and pay for your countries charges. We will not pay import tax/charges for any products we send. In some cases these can be very high so it’s worth checking before ordering.

Earrings  - these are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Bracelets - these can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Robes - these can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. However, personalised robes with your name or coach name etc is non refundable due to these being a personalised item.

Ready to buy bikinis - these are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Rental bikinis - a 50% deposit of £60 is required to reserve your suit. This way it secures your suit for your show day. Your suit will be sent to you a week before your show date as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please send your rental back in the same packaging it came in unwashed (as we do that in house) and the same way it was sent as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All rental deposits are non-refundable due to securing your rental suit for that particular weekend so no-one else can rent it.
