When visiting the studio please be aware we run on an appointment only basis so please ensure you have booked in before visiting us.

How to find us? Please type the postcode in if using Apple Maps as the business shows up half an hour walk away until they’ve resolved the issue! Google maps is accurate. So please use postcode CO20HT for accurate directions.

On the main road (Layer Road) you will see a larger sign on the pillars outside the turning ‘The Stream’ (and a smaller sign above which states ‘Kingsford Business Centre’), please turn into ‘The Stream’ and follow the lane right to the top and you will see us! There is parking opposite the studio for you to use.

If training on the day when visiting us there are several gyms nearby in Colchester;

Repz Gym, Bannatynes, Pump Gym and more depending on how far/close you want to be.
Nearby Colchester there is Factory Gym in Witham which is a 20 minute drive from the studio and a personal favourite I would recommend.
