Returns Policy

Please read below our returns policy before placing your order:

Deposits - these are non refundable due to ordering stock for your order. Please be sure about placing your order before securing with a deposit. This cannot be returned.

Stage bikinis - these are all tailor-made to each individual customer and are therefore non-refundable. However you will have 14 days from purchase to cancel your order should you choose to do so and receive your money back in this 14 day time period. Any deposits placed for a bikini are non refundable. Should you have any concerns regarding your bikini please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help resolve any concerns that you may have bikini.boutique@hotmail.com

Earrings  - these are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Bracelets - these are refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Robes - these are refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. However, personalised robes with your name or coach name etc is non refundable due to these being a personalised item.

Ready to buy bikinis - these are non refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Posing shoes - these you have 14 days from receipt to return. 

Practise bikinis - these are all bespoke to your measurements so are non refundable.
